I have just learned, that there was a man named Jack Sass
in the New York area, who was married to a Bertha (Jacobson) Sass in 1932, they had a daughter named Ruth Sass, who would be about 76 years old today, if she is still living. According to a 1932 NY area census, Jack Sass also had a Hat Shop in the bronx area of NY and he filed bankrupcey proceedings in 1932-1933. There was a listing in the New York Times Newspaper then, that listed a Bertha Jacobson as being engaged to a Mr. Jack Sass in NY.
Anyone who reads this, if you have any other information, please let me know. I am trying to locate data about my father: Jack J. Sass, Sr. who was deceased in 1952.
