Tara-- I have some information on your Jacobs, only I have his name as Kinchen Harvey Jacobs. He was the son of Zachariah Edward Jacobs, born about 1823, Tennessee. Zachariah died 18 Feb. 1902, Coffee Co., TN. Kinchen's mother was Mary Ann Frizell, b1826, died 19 Feb. 1889, Coffee Co. Zachariah's parents are unknown to me.
Try contacting Gerald Wiser of Texas. I believe he descends from this branch. I don't have his email off-hand, but I'm sure you can find it if you do a search for his name on the Jacobs board.
