Hi Arturo,
If I am correct, I believe that your father (if you're a Jr.) was my paternal grandmother's brother. Her name is Maria Venegas Siordia. She was born in San Nicolas de Ibarra in approx. 1916 and married my paternal grandfather, Leon Siordia. They had several children, one being my father, Rigoberto Siordia. I know that he mentioned (years ago was the last time I saw him) that he had family living in central Cali (Santa Maria) and in Sacramento (you?). I also know that Ibarra's are related, because I used to go visit an aunt 'Chumina' in San Pedro, CA when I was younger. I am in the So Cal area and would love to meet family on my father's side. My grandmother (as far as I know still lives in Ensenada, but my grandfather was killed by a car several years ago).
