Will Abstract/Typescript of Rezin TOLBERT of District of York...[South Carolina]. "Page 67-68, Will of Rezin Tolbert of District of York... To Polly Cook, wife of Dempsey Cook, one Negro Boy, Davy. To my sister in law, Rachel Horsley, a tract of land on the south side of Rocky Alison Creek, which I have lately purchased of the heirs of Wm. Pressley, deceased, also a negro woman named Martha Ann & her three children, Mary, Jane and Emaline, and at her decease, the right of said property shall be vested in the daughters of said Rachel Horsley, viz., Rebeckah, Elenor, Betsy, & Nancy, and in case any two or three (end of P. 247) (beginning of P. 248) of them die or marry, the last remaining single one shall become sole heir of the said property. All property not disposed of be divided between Lewis Tolbert's four children, viz., Thomas Tolbert, Rezin Tolbert, Rachel Fewell & Jane Hall. I appoint my frined, Hugh H.
