I am trying to trace any information about James (born 1833) and Mary (born 1832) Horsley, who lived in Thirsk. They had a daughter, Annie who was born in 1855, who married John Samuel Sampson (my great-grandfather). They lived in Stockton-on-Tees, before moving to Norfolk sometime in the 1880's.
Returning to James - his parents may have been James and Ann Horsley (james was born about 1810). That is as far as I have been able to get. Any information on the Horsley family of Thirsk would be very welcome.
