Mary Horsley

I am interested in the ancestry of Mary Horsley who was buried at Nazeing, Essex 10 July 1824. She lies with her husband who died 1821. He was William Palmer, a figure in the City, who married her on 22 July 1766.
I believe she was the daughter of a John Horsley and a Mary Leslie. I believe also that she was not unconnected with a John Horsley described as a former Rector of Thorley on a monumental inscription in St James the Great Thorley. Can anyone enlighten me as to whether I am on the right track or tell me more about this lady?
