I would be interested to hear from anyone researching this family who MAY be able to help with the name of John's wife. His father was William HORSLEY (mother unknown). I can trace the family down to present times from William and John. Also there seems to be some confusion as to John's baptismal date in the IGI where it is stated as being 06 April and also 16 April 1695 and in the Baptismal Register for Longhoughton (Northumberland Records Office) the date given is 28 April. Please email me direct if you know anything at all about this family - I am willing to share whatever information I have.
