S.C. Colonel James M. Gadberry killed in the war and his estate was left to his family in Yazoo Co. Miss.

Siblings listed
William P. Gadberry b. 1790
Charles P. Gadberry
Lucy Ann Gadberry
Nancy Gadberry (listed as married to Flowers)
James M. must have been the youngest of his siblings.
Col. Gadberry lived in Spartensburg SC

I have nothing other than this and the probate information came from Herold Fisher who has posted here at the forum. This is the line that Herold is interested in.
