Hi Ryan,
I guess your g/gf was married about 1908 -10. Have you been able to ask any old relatives where he may have been married?
That certificate could assist you quite a bit with other information.
Any old family history/stories of his origins?
If you have any old relatives, consider writing them etc..
If he lived in a certain town, there might be some tombstone there that you could visit and ask the cemetery records person.
