Sorry for the delay!
Charles could be linked to Andrew... Where was Charles from? Andrew was from Carroll County, Ohio and later moved to Nebraska. He was the son of John Crist, who died in Carroll County in July of 1830. John had several sons... 5 or 6... so Charles could have been the son of one of Andrew's brothers, possibly.
Any Carroll County, Ohio or Nebraska connection?
