I am hoping to connect with the descendents of Louis G Crist who died in Pittsburgh PA in 1932. He was the son-in-law of William Flint and I believe he was, in its early days, a motorcycling enthusiast. He won first prize in the Beechview to Marshalsea Road Race; on Labor
Day 1914. The day after Labor Day i.e. Sept. 7th, the sports page of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette carried reports of athletic events in Beechview which included a story about the motor cycle race to Marshalsea and return, a distance of 40 miles, covered in 40 minutes by the winner Lou Crist.
