Lorenda P. Crist d. January 18, 1889 and is buried in the Ash Rock Cemetery, Woodston, Rooks Co., Kansas. Benjamin and Lorenda had three children, Clarence, Mary Elizabeth, and Maude Elva. Mary Elizabeth married Charles Evans Byfield in 1883. Clarence married Della (Crites) and had a daughter Una Pearl Crist.
