For service records, you're looking at a visit to Kew. But perhaps we can try to establish some facts first...the regiment would certainly help.

What do you know already? Any other clues in the newspaper notice? If we could confirm the medals in the photo that would definitely help as well. Feel free to email my the image if you like and I'll try to id them.

RSM means regimental sergeant-major.
