Steven, I hope you had some takers from the Craddock surname. Alas, I'm partly a Craddock, perhaps, by marriage with a Watkins. I've an ancestor by the name of Absolom Craddock Watkins who lived in IL but was said to have been born in 1798 in KY, which could mean his family had been in VA for some time. I have no other information on his parents or siblings or their location in KY or VA. Have you by chance encountered any Watkins amidst your Craddock families?
