Florello COON was born June 12, 1822 in Lower Canada, son of Daniel COON. He appears on the Jefferson Co. NY census in 1850 with wife Lydia. When she died in 1858, Florello married
Anna BENNETT in Atchison Co. MO before settling in Otoe Co. NE. They moved with their children--Hulbert Simeon, Sarah Ann, and Lydia Priscilla--to Carroll Co. MO in 1866 and to Cherokee Co. KS in 1883 where they lived the remainder of their lives. I would like to exchange information with other descendants or any who are interested in this family.
