I have Peter J CONSIDINE b abt 1888 and Frances G. b abt 1893 unlinked in my family file. All my info comes from the 1920 federal census. They were living in the same section of Wilkes-Barre as my linked family, so I am thinking that perhaps there is some connection, but, I havent yet determined what it is.
Perhaps if you have further information we may be able to determine the relationships.
