Hi Kaye,
I'm sorry but I do not have any records of your Elizabeth Considine or her parents Daniel and Catherine Hogan. Unfortunately the given name Daniel is widespread amongst Considine records. I had a quick look at the County Clare Library genealogy website and found there are Hogan families throughout the county. The first thing you need to do is find out the Townland and Civil parish where Elizabeth was born. In Ireland the county is divided into Civil Parishes which are then divided into Townlands (small rural areas/towns). You should be able to find this for Elizabeth's birth in 1869 as this is after 1864 when civil registration of births, deaths and marriages started. First of all have a look at the Co Clare Library website http://www.clarelibrary.ie. You will find links to various other sites. You may need to go to the General Registery of Births in Ireland and order a copy of her birth entry. They are online. If you have problems please get back to me - and anyway keep in contact.

Best wishes,
Mary Considine. Australia.
