I too am researching the Considine side of my family tree, who I understand came from County Claire.

My Grandfather's name was John Arthur Considine born in Chicago,Illinois March 10, 1889 and died August 21, 1960.

He was a career Army officer in the horse cavalry. His parents were Thomas J. Considine, wife's name was Mildred.

Thomas J. Considine, his Father, my great grandfather later moved to Seattle, WA where he got into Vaudeville and made a great deal of money with the Considine-Sullivan circuit. he was born about 1857. He had a brother named John W. Considine, born about 1863, who was also in Vaudeville and later produced movies in Hollywood in the late teens,1920's and 30's.

any help would be much appreciated.

Phil Davidson
