Thomas "Rusty" was born NYC 1898. His mother's maiden name was Mary Ann Melville. Had brothers Alexander, Daniel, John. Rusty worked in the construction industry in New York City as a Member of Metal Lathers Union Local 46. He married Evelyn Walsh and had children: Ada, Evelyn, Thomas, David, Constance.
