I am searching for any information regarding Considines in Cooraclare, Kilrush, County Clare.
I know that my great-grandmother Honora Considine was born on 1 Feb 1876 in Cooraclare, Kilrush, County Clare to Simon Considine and Honor(a) Breen.
In addition to Honora, Simon and Honor had 7 further children - Agnes, Catherine, Paddy, Martin, Tom, Michael, Mary(May) and Katie. Honora emigrated to Australia in abt 1898 with her sister Katie. All of the other siblings emigrated to Australia also (with the exception of Martin who I don't know about). They all settled in the Townsville/Charters Towers areas in Queensland.
I would like to learn more about the background of Simon Considine and Honor Breen in County Clare. If anyone has any information regarding this family I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks!
