As a surprise for my mother-in law's 85th birthday, we are trying to trace her family's roots in Ireland. She has been back but was told that all records from parish church had been destroyed in a fire. Her nephew visited Clare years later and received a birth certificate from Parish of Drumcliffe, Ennis Co. Clare. Mary was probably Mary Margaret and was the daughter of Thomas Considine and Mary Bermingham. Susan Bermingham is listed as a sponsor. DOB: July 28, 1892. She traveled alone to Lowell MA (around 1908)to live with relatives, later marrying Denis Connole (also of County Clare) in Massachusetts. Any information that could help us with this most cherished birthday surprise is greatly appreciated.
