Cyrus and Martha E. Colvin in Iowa

Martha E. Landess amrried Cyrus Colvin in Ohio in 1868. While tracing my roots I came upon a Martha E. Colvin w/o C. Colvin buried in the Leando Cemetery in Iowa. Can anyone tell me about either of these two items of information? Might they be the same Martha? My Martha was born about 1848. The dates in the cemetery record state: 1848-1933. She is buried with a Nellie J. d/o S.(misprint??) C. and M. E. 24 July 1872-13 Jan 1894.

I am interested in learning anything someone might know about either of these two Martha's.
