Conveyance of a cottage or tenement garden and hereditaments situate in the Parish of Walford in the County of Herefordshire.
The document begins by reciting that John and Margaret Whysom bought the cottage in 1860 and immediately mortgaged it to William Collins for £40. This mortgage is still outstanding.
John Whysom died in 1875 and his widow, Margaret, is now selling the cottage for £145 to John Partridge.
