I found an 11 yr old post on Rootsweb from a man named Tony Collins whose father, Jimmy, was a son of Rollie and Pearl. Tony's email address at the time of the post was:

I tried looking for a 4 yr old Rollie in the 1920 census, but the database I'm using only indexes by head of household and there are 100 Collins families in Letcher County KY in 1920.
Perhaps with those dates of birth and death you can send for a birth certificate and death certificate to find out who his parents were.
