Anyone working on the Collins family from Fauquier co., Virginia?
I have been trying to find the parents of Betsy Collins who was born March 1768 in Fauquier co., Virginia and married in that county on May 12, 1785, to John Green son of Major James Green and Elizabeth Jones Green.
When Betsy was married her marriage bond was signed by one
John Gibson, ward for the orphan, Betsy Collins, her father being Thomas Collins deceased.
Does any one have Betsy Collins parents on their tree?
Betsy died on March 2, 1854 in Clark co., Kentucky, her children by John Green were Thomas, Jesse, Edward, Edmond, Robert and Angeline, born between 1785-1811.
Any clue would be helpful.
