Need Help Deciphering My Great Grandfather's Tombstone

My maternal Great grandfather was the Honorable James H. Collins: Born- August 13,1840 Died-October 31,1907
Buried in Atkeson Cemetery two miles north of
Buffalo,West Virginia.

His tombstone reads: Co.H 12 O.V.I. I.O.O.F.

Is there anyone who can help me decipher all of the abreviations, so that I can fully understand them?
I would be very grateful if anyone can help me.
