No, I am not certain of the parish. That's why I merely have a query that they may have come from St Clement's. All I have is "Ipswich" from later records. Where~ever mine were in Ipswich... it is some 50 years ahead of yours arriving at St Clements, by the look of things.

I don;'t know if there are earlier baptismal records available now for my time~frame in Ipswich, but there wasn't a few years ago when I was doing the bulk of my research.
