There is none.
The only source anyone can ever come up with for this is U. N. Bethel. It appears to be a name fabricated by him from the facts that Sampson Bethel and Mary Cantrell had children with the given names Cloud (U. N.'s ancestor) and Talitha (my ancestor). That he did that sort of thing is evident from his statement that the mother of Sampson Bethel was Constance Sampson, which conjecture he flatly stated was based on Sampson's given name and the fact that Sampson had a daughter named Constance. This conjecture is entirely contrary to actual evidence that Sampson's mother was Jean/Jane Hurst.
He likewise hypothesized a Larkin family in the ancestral stew based on the fact that Sampson had a child with Larkin as a given name... but the evidence shows that Larkin was the given name of Sampson's step-father.
It's one of those things that I don't waste my time with anymore, frankly. If there is any actual evidence as to the identity of Isaac (correct name) Cantrell's wife, no one has found it yet.
