James Cloud- Clinton IN.
Monday April 9th, 2001 dc
James S Cloud, 69, of clinton, died at 4a.m. April 6,2001,
in Nakomis, IL.
Born December 4, 1931 in Merritt Island, Fla., he was
the son of Robert P. Cloud and Annie Elizabeth Athearn
Cloud. He was retired as a cook from the coast guard,
serving both in Korea and Vietnam. HE was preceded in death
by his parents; his wife, Clare Cloud, on August 5,2000;
three sisters, Virginia, Lillian and Lulu Stone and a
grandson, Darrin Hayes. Survivors include two sons and
daughters-in-law, Robert and Tina Cloud, John and Sharon
Cloud; two daughters and son-in-laws, Tracy and Mark
Van Buskirk, and Debbie and Gary Boussum; a sister, Maggie
Lockhart; four grandchildren; Elisa beth Rose Cloud,
Christopher Robert Van Buskirk, Brittney Lynn Van Buskirk
and Sarah Mullen; three great-grandchildren, Cody Mullen,
Rebecca Mae Mullen and Benjamin Mullen; and several nieces
and nephews.
Services were held today at Higher Ground Christian Center
with pastor Mary Slaven officiating. Burial was in
Roselawn Memorial Park with Military Graveside services by VFW Poast NO. 972. Mattox Funeral Homes and Crematory was
in charge of arrangements
