WESLEY CLOUD of Smyrna DE - Seeking any information on this person.
I have been hitting big walls in finding ancestors on my paternal Norris and Dickerson lines. Today, I found a 1st cousin once removed (grandmother's sister's son) and spoke with him by phone! Amazing and exciting. This is the first blood relative on my father's side I have ever spoke to outside my father and his mother, my grandmother, Martha Charlotte Norris Quinn Miller. (Dad was born 1912 in Phila PA, his mom divorced and moved to Detroit MI when he was very small so there wasn't much further contact with her relatives in PA/NJ/DE after that. Yes, she was a liberated woman, even then :))
My "new" cousin I found today is 85 and told me about a family connection to WESLEY CLOUD. He says that my grandmother Charlotte's parents, my great grandparents, Chas K Norris b. 1857 Smyrna DE d. 1929 NJ, buried @ Smyrna and wife Frances "Fannie" E Dickerson b. 1867 Smyrna DE, d. abt 1944 NJ, buried @ Smyrna had a family connection to WESLEY CLOUD of Smyrna DE. He thought it was through Fannie but he was not 100% sure.
I am writing hoping that someone researching the Clouds might tell me if they know of WESLEY CLOUD and his family. Here are the siblings for Chas K Norris in case they might fit with CLOUD:

Chas K Norris b 1857
Lizzie Norris b 1860
Robert Norris b 1864
Lila Norris b 1868
Willie Norris b 1871
John Norris b 1877
I do not have any information on Frances "Fannie" E. Dickerson for her family of origin. I only have 1880 census information. That shows she was 17 yrs, born in DE, parents both born in DE and that she was a servant in the home of John C & Margaret Bailey, a lumber dealer in Smyrna at that time.
I'd be grateful for any response.
