Her mother's surname was probably Bernard, rather than Bedard. In that case, she would have married Nazaire, son of Joseph Clement and Rosalie Legris 05/14/1861 in Arthabaska, Arthabaska county.

Strong evidence of this is that Joseph and Rosalie lived next door to Nazaire in 1881:
