Looking for links with the above and more, who I have discovered are linked through marriage to my great grandma Bridget Lyons, (born in Ireland), who married Michael Devitt/Davitt,(born in Ireland), in 1860 in the Bury/Ramsbottom district. They lived in Ramsbottom Lancashire England and their children were baptized in St.Joseph's Catholic Church and later some of their children were married in the same church. Some are also burried in the graveyard in Ramsbottom.
Grandma went to live with her married daughter,Mary Magee, in Blackburn and she was burried in Blackburn(1906)though her husband Michael Davitt/Devitt seems to have survived until 1909.
Looking for other Lyons and Devits/Davitts who may have links with Ramsbottom or any of the following names(1860-1930).
Devitts/Davitts,Lyons,McNicholas,Phelan,Nicholson,Clegg,Cooper,Aspinall,Flynn,Pierce,Bramley,Reed,Murphy,Johnson,;all in Ramsbottom Lancashire Eng.
