Hi,
We have Joseph Clegg too.
Our Cleggs lived in that area, also Earles Heaton.
My grandfather was actually an Albert Edward Clegg born c1879.
Also, surnames as middle names appear in our family too - hence 'Watson' as my uncle's middle name.
Our branch moved from the Leeds area in the 1920s with Taylor Bros Engineering to Trafford Park, Manchester.
My dad George Clegg was born 1915 and died in 1973.
His dad and all his brothers worked as time served in engineering work.
Regards,
Cath
