Clegg (Who Else) Information please

I am interested in getting my family tree. Naturally the last name is CLEGG. My dad was born in Englind and I have his date of birth. He is gone now. I know his siters name and his mother and fathers name.

I am not wanting to pay big $$$$$$ for this information and I do not mind doing the leg work.

Can any of you CLEGGS give me a hand getting started in the right direction?

Also what is a good Family tree program. Hope to hear from all you Cleggs. :)
