Have you looked for a death record in Jackson Co. for Bessie? She is buried in Chapel Cemetery at Sandstone.
Her parents place of birth varies in the census records. 1900 to 1930 which often is an indication the person is unsure or doesn't know. I suspect your source for her marriage is the LDS website which names her parents as A E Snow and unknown Chase. There is no male head of family in Jackson county in 1880 who fits the intials A. E., but there is Ann E. Snow, a widow with several children.
I would look for an obit or probate record for Ann E. Snow who is also buried in Chapel Cem, for a possible link to Bessie.
