I did not have much luck with Daniel or Oliver, but there was a third brother involved - Silas Edwin Chase, who died at Boston 4 April 1872,age 61 [Mass VRs] Silas was born at Dudley, Mass. per death record, son of Silas and Lucina Chase. Silas Chase of Sutton married Lucina Holbrook of Grafton 8 November 1809. Silas was son of Moses Chase and Mary Killiam, married at Sutton 24 November 1778. Moses was son of Deacon Abel Chase and Sarah Holman, who married at Newbury.

You can find family trees for Abel Chase at familysearch.org - no guarantee they are accurate - and that far back, the family should be in the Seven Generations book. There are family records in the published VRs for Grafton, Sutton, etc.,in Worcester Co. Mass.

The NECCO website has some history of the company, but very little on the brothers.
