This is Warren Judah(7) Chamberlin [Judah(6), Jehu(5), William(4), Joseph(3), William(2), Henry(1)], born 30 Nov 1813, Harmony, Clark Co., OH, d. c1870, Kansas, "in his 56th year", whose wife is listed as Mary "Polly" Gunn, b. c1817, OH, died after 1860, with 5 known children listed for them between 1839 and c1852 in Logan Co., OH. I'm quoting from a formally prepared Family Group Record, created by the late David Conrad Chamberlin, Sr., of Salt Lake City, who cites as his source, "Manuscript Genealogy of Henry Chamberlin, Immigrant to Hingham, Massachusetts, about 1639," Chamberlain Association of America, New England Historic Genealogical Society, plus the 1850 & 1860 U. S. census data for this family. Mary/Polly's parents are not listed, and nothing is mentioned concerning any connection with the Messick family living next door, who might well be related somehow as you have noted. I see that an LDS/IGI record also calls her Polly Gunn. Please contact me via Email if you wish to discuss this information in greater detail.
