Warren his wife and family were enumerated in the 1850 census of Union Township in Logan County, Ohio. Warren's wife's name was "Polly." She was born about 1817 in Ohio. I would like to know if her maiden name was Messick. Residing with the family at the time of the 1850 census was Asa R. Messick, age 2, born Ohio. Living next door to the Chamberlain's was Jane C. Messick, age 61, born Delaware, and Jane Messick, age 26, born Ohio. There is probably a connection between the elder Jane Messick and the 2-year old Asa Messick, and I suspect that Warren's wife was also related to the Messick's.
