BIOGRAPHICAL
Her death record gives: “Elizabeth Chamberlain, wife of Jason.” The sons Jason Dexter, Charles Trowbridge, and Newell are not found in the Westborough vital records but are supplied from their father’s family record (see references). He is probably the Jason Chamberlain listed in the 1810 census at Westborough, MA, aged 26-44 years and heading a family of 0111-00111. The age groups do not fit, but it appears that he had siblings or perhaps other relatives living with him. In 1820, again of Westborough, aged 26-44 years, his family consisted of 30111-3002. In 1830, still of Westborough, aged 40-50 years, his family was 0222012-0021001. In 1840, aged 50-60 years, he headed a family of 00122001-00002001. Glazier says to check the Middlesex County, MA, Genealogies, by Cutter, for further details on this family.
