My grandmother's family, the Chamberlains, came from Wootton, Wawen, Warwickshire. Have limited information on them prior to 1779.
ANTHONY (1779-1856) married Ann Thomas (1767-1826).
Their son THOMAS (1814-1888) married Ann Shayle (Shadye) (1807-1879)
Their son RICHARD ANTHONY GIBBS (1846-1889) married Mary Theodosia Penzer (1841-1922).
They had six children, Beatrice, my grandmother, migrated to Australia, two of her sisters,Frances and Theodosia, migrated to Canada and the other two sisters,Mary and Dorothy, and the only brother, Richard, stayed in England.
I am wanting more information on Anthony, in particular his ancestors eg. parents and grandparents etc. Also any information that any one may have on any more members of this Chamberlain family.
I would appreciate any help that anyone can pass onto me, Thank you.
