William & Mary (Rand) Chamberlin - Any Children Born Between 1729 & 1737?

Records give the marriage of William & Mary (Rand) as Nov. 27, 1729. Their first notated child Lydia is given a birth date of April 3, 1737. Does anyone know about any children born between 1729 and 1737? It would seem that there must have been at least 2-3 children born during that time period.
