Your posting is intriguing - I do maintain here a lineage with all known descendants and Chamberlain relatives of the Prime Minister, Sir Arthur Neville Chamberlain, who was a resident of Birmingham, Warwickshire. I don't see your Beatrice listed as a wife of any Chamberlain in the various branches of this family, nor do I see any particular branch of this family living in Shrewsbury. Because of the divorce, presumably sometime before 1946, perhaps in Shrewsbury, and because recent census data in the U. K. are not available to me, searching the origins of this family, presumably in Shrewsbury, might become a challenge, but not insurmountable. Since you know Beatrice's birthdate, perhaps in Shrewsbury circa 1911, you should be able to identify her birth place, parents, etc., either from her death certificate in the States in 1995, or from birth records in the U. K. An obituary, or some other record for her, might well reveal more. Because you know the birth dates and places for Beatrice's three daughters, your first priority, I would think, would be to attempt to locate their birth records in England, which will reveal the identity of their Chamberlain father.
