I have no information on Meres/Merus Wyman The Relationship that could be a link however is in the Town of New Haven, Oswego, New York, In the 1820 Census there are only two Heads of Wyman Families in the town. The Wymans in this area seem the better fit for Eliza Amanda Wyman's Family. If she was born in New Haven Oswego New York.
In the 1820 Census of New Haven there is a Horace Wyman as the head of the household.
Two white males under 10, One white male between 16 & 18.
One white male between 16 & under 26 including heads of families, One free white male of 26 and under 45, Two white females under 10, (This could possibly be Eliza and a sister). This would make her abt. 2yrs old.
One white female 16 and under 26, including heads of families, Two white females of 45 and upwards including heads of families.
One Person engaged in commerce, Two Male slaves 14 & under
26 yrs.
The other Wyman Family has Hanah Wyman as the head of the household, over 10 years under 16 years of age there are three. All of them are foreigners not naturalized. One is working in Manufacturing.
