I have a wedding notice Charleston Observer Issue of Feb 1829."... by the Rev Mr. Talley, Mr. Lewis L. Sibley, to Miss Marie Theresa, only daughter of William H. Rivers, all of this city." City refers to Charleston, SC. Any information or even suggestions on this couple would be appreciated. LouG
