Not sure if my Simon P Shafer born abt 1865 in OH is the same as the one you are seeking. My Simon was married at least 3 times. First to Martha Ann ROSS, second to Emma and third to Louisa J. I don't have any proof to the 2nd and 3rd marriage. He lived in Hardin and Logan Counties in OH. Let me know if this is your line.
