Obit dated 4 Feb 2007 available www.Idahostatesman.com/obituaries. Obit does not given parents names; she was preceded by her husband, Clair Dale Shafer; survivors include 6 children. From 1930 Fed Census, South Holland, Cook, Illinois, parents are thought to be: Robert R. Newell, b. 1890, OH., and Mary Newell, b. 1894, OH. I am no relation to this family.
