Samuel ROBB can be found in the San Francisco County and City 1860 census in the 10th District at the age of 30. His wife, Caroline, is listed as a dressmaker and his occupation listed as a turner. Samuel states in this census that he was born in NH. Caroline M. COOPER, widow, is listed in the 1863 San Francisco City Directory on page 307 in column 2 with dwelling at 834 Mission Street. It would be interesting to learn of Samuel`s burial site and if his widow remarried.
