Hi,just got infor from another cousin who found my great-grandparents who came over on the same ship as yours...she appears to have found her info in GERMANS TO AMERICA 1775-1888, it is stated that they arrive August 16, 1880, not 1881 the name of the ship's name was Weser, the captain was Wiegand and was the port of embarkation. I remember your father Fred taking about our ancestors playing together on board ship, strange that some of them should marry, and we should share other ancestors...the Laneys...take care dianK
