I know who Frances was, if that will help. She was the daughter of Robert Horsley and unknow wife, g/dau of William Horsley and Mary Cabell and ggdau of Robert Horsley and Frances Bassett and also of William Cabell and Elizabeth Burks. This, however, is from other researchers and has not been proven by me. I don't have any Burks in my own ancestry and I have never researched them. I hope this helps.
