I am attempting to trace the family of William Eakin (1841-1899), who left Ireland , and settled in Montreal. Married Jane Robinson (1849- ), in Montreal, she was also from Ireland. Children of William & Jane Eakin are 1.Robert Alexander Eakin (1868-1942) m. Margaret Anderson Urquhart 2.John Robinson Eakin (1871-1951) m. Mary Jane Pollock 3.William Edward Eakin (1881-1959) m. Margaret J. Reid 4. Alice May Eakin (1885- ) m. Harry Clifton Burgess. I would appreciate any information on this, (my wife's )family, and hearing from any of their descendants. Bob Langill, Montreal
